Amsterdam, 23 oktober 2007 - BitDefender, wereldwijd marktleider van antivirussoftware en beveiligingsoplossingen, heeft zijn antivirussoftware geüpdate om schadelijke TIFF-bestanden uit te schakelen. Deze bestanden maken gebruik van de kwetsbaarheden van de iPhone Safari browser. De kwetsbaarheid zit in versie 1.1.1 en de versies daarvoor van de firmware van de Apple iPhone.
